Having had replacement windows in several properties in the past, we took our time before selecting UPVC Master to replace our French doors and windows, and we are so glad we made that choice. Both Jay and George couldn't have been more patient and helpful in answering our questions and explaining everything. The installation was quick, but totally professional, and the place was left perfectly tidy and clear of waste, both inside and out. We're exceptionally pleased with the quality of the windows, the triple glazing and the finish are excellent and the integral flyscreens have made a huge difference in the hot weather.

Jay & George were professional and helpful from the first point of contact; providing a clear understanding of what was possible and offering advice on what might best suit our needs and what might help to save costs. When they arrived to fit our Porte/Fenetre it was immediately clear they knew exactly what they were doing and worked quickly, efficiently and cleared/cleaned everything away before leaving. The quality of both the workmanship and materials used is excellent. We expect to notice a big difference between the old and the new this coming winter, but it was a very pleasant surprise to notice just what a difference the new doors made in the high heat of summer too. This was the second time we've used UPVCmaster, after a successful install of new patio doors and a large lounge window, we had them back to replace the remaining 6 windows on that floor. As before everything was expertly installed and all mess cleared away. Great company to use for windows and doors, which are high quality with triple glazing as standard.
